I didn’t expect to see results this fast! I used the strips legit one time. The package recommends twice a day for 7 days. But I was pleasantly surprised to see results after one application. The strips adhered well to my teeth. I appreciate that the price point is way better than the well known name brands like Crest and Luminex and I only had to leave them on half the time.
